Leslie Saucedo’s practice focuses on civil litigation and guardianships. Ms. Saucedo has represented companies and individuals in civil actions involving a wide array of legal claims and defenses including contract disputes, water rights, partition, real property and mechanics liens. She conducts all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, preparing clients to be deposed or testify in court, facilitating settlements, and trial strategy. In addition, Ms. Saucedo represents several area hospitals in intervention proceedings to obtain guardians and/or conservators for their patients who do not have substituted decision makers.
Ms. Saucedo received her B.A. in psychology in 2001 from the Pennsylvania State University. She received her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School. She is admitted to practice law in the Virginia (2005), Maryland (2006) and District of Columbia (2007), Bars.
