Javad Khan is a litigation attorney with over ten years of experience in Virginia and the District of Columbia across a wide range of legal fields. He uses extensive and thorough legal research, strategic use of discovery, well-timed and effective motions, clear and convincing oral arguments, and aggressive negotiation techniques to successfully resolve legal situations for his clients. Mr. Khan received his JD from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2004 and his Bachelor in Arts from Northern Illinois University in 2002. Mr. Khan is a member of the Virginia and District of Columbia Bars and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
